How It Works

  • We produce photos that meet the requirements for Australian passports, visas, driver's licences, Medicare cards, and other official government-issued ID. Our photos comply with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) specifications — including correct dimensions (35mm × 45mm), white background, neutral expression, and proper lighting. If you need photos for a specific document type, just let us know when booking so we can tailor the session accordingly.

  • Yes. We stand behind every set of photos we deliver. Our photographer uses professional equipment and follows all official Australian government guidelines to ensure full compliance. In the unlikely event that your photos are rejected by the issuing authority due to a technical issue on our part, we will reshoot at no additional cost. Your peace of mind is our priority.

  • You'll receive your printed photos in no more than 3 days. We also provide high-resolution digital copies via email or text so you have backups ready for online applications. For most Sydney locations, we can accommodate same-day or next-day bookings depending on availability.
